Band Banquet

The last big hoopla of the year happened last night, the infamous Band Banquet. It is so fun to see how different the kids are from August to May. Not only do they change physically, but their attitudes seem to change. It is sad to watch these kids grow up some days, but other times it is good to see them grow. For these seniors I have been apart of their lives for 3 and half years. I have watched them go from scared Freshman to confident Seniors. They are going to take over the world. Now it is time to prepare for graduation, and yes I will be making sure there are tissues in my purse. With the summer here, we will prepare for the new school year. So for about two weeks my husband will actually relax and then he will start designing the show and deciding which contests to go to. I hope the new school year will come with renewed hopes and great ambition. Just a heads up to my readers, it will probably be slow in posting, mainly because the summer is boring, but that is the story of my life.
